And we think the comparison is striking: the boat is located just a stone’s throw away from the city centre, yet you will enjoy the tranquility that this boat and the neighborhood have to offer. The wooden walls create a warm, natural atmosphere, while the houseboat has all the amenities that you may expect in a modern high-end apartment. 

The boat is equipped with floor heating to keep you warm even on the coldest winter days. The large sliding window gives great view over the canal, while the wrinkles on the water reflect on the ceiling. Very relaxing!

The houseboat has two separate bedrooms with two high quality single beds each that can be both put together or apart. In the living room there’s a cosy lounge area with large flatscreen tv (digital receiver with lots of international channels). The couch can be turned into a comfortable sleeping sofa for possible guests. A heavy curtain transforms this area into a small bedroom, creating some extra privacy for your guests.

The price includes furniture and the use of all amenities and includes charges for gas, water, light, tv, high-speed internet and 24/7 service of the landlord.
