Our houseboat has been recently renovated, isolated with the highest isolation standards. There is central heating in all the rooms. So you feel comfortable everywhere and at all times.

It has a large living room with a fully equiped kitchen and a great view on the water. There is direct access to a very sunny, floating terrace. On the terrace there is a dining table to enjoy your coffee or meal outside.

There is 1 bedroom and 1 study room, separated by a sliding door. Access to the bedroom is through the study room. Both rooms have a direct view on the water. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen size bed. The study room is ideal for those people working from home. There is a sofabed (sleeps 2) available in case you have guests over.

The bathroom offers a warm bath as well as a hot shower.

We are centrally located in one of the hippest and trendy districts: Oud West, at walking distance of City Centre and Jordaan. You will find yourself close to the historic centre, the museum district (Rijksmuseum, van Gogh), Anne Frank house, Jordaan, Vondelpark. We have some good restaurants just around the corner. You will find yourself in a peaceful place, out of the hectic of the Centre.

The boat comes fully furnished.

Rent €2500 per month, excluding utilities and WIFI.

WIFI can be arranged (Ziggo) by yourself. This allows you to select the most suitable speed and costs. Rental period between 6 and 12 months. Renewal possible.
