The boat has two bedrooms. One bedroom around 20m2 and includes storage for clothes.
Second bedroom around 8m2 includes storage and a sink.

There is a bathroom with bath and separate shower. Also present, an extra storage room with washing machine and dryer.

The heating system and warm water runs on Diesel. The diesel costs are excluded the rental price. You could live from €150 a month till €300 a month. It depends how thrifty you are.

You can swim the whole year and practice your ice bath in winter time. Important that you’re not seasick and that you love the boat life. Boat can be shaky sometimes in wintertime with storm and rain.

The boat is located on a lovely jetty with lovely neighbours. The landlord lives on the boat next to Houseboat Merlijn and he is there if something happens to the boat. 

It’s possible to apply for 1 parking permit.
